We offer refunds on returnable products purchased within 14 days in-store and 21 days online. Products must be in new condition for a full refund with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odor, perfumes, food and smoke.

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, the following products are a FINAL SALE with exceptions as noted: 

  • Bras it is our goal for you to be 100% happy with your bra, within 14 days if you are unsure of the fit or feel, please bring it back and we will refit or refund you.
  • Accessories must be in original packaging and unused.  Adhesive bras are final sale, no exceptions
  • All Panties and men's underwear
  • Swimwear with a gusset (including one-piece swimwear, swim bottoms) and shapewear
  • Lingerie with a gusset (crotch), shape wear, corsets and items that come with an attached panty
  • All Shapewear
  • Clearance Items - All sale items are final, excluding our annual bra sale bras with 20% discount, refer to bras for policy
  • In-store and online gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift certificates will not be reimbursed.

Please note:

  • Bras and other items containing underwires will not be refunded if it has been washed in a washing machine, unless using a laundry bag. Bras dried in a dryer will never be eligible for refund or return.
  • Purchases made more than 14 days In-store and 21 days online will not qualify for return.
  • All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment or as a store-credits, based on customer preference.
  • Once a store credit (online gift card) has been issued, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

RETURN PROCEDURES

ONLINE & INSTORE PURCHASES

  • To return/exchange something that was purchased in-store, please review our return policy for the specific item above and visit the store within 14 days of your original purchase. You do not need to contact us prior to bringing it back.
  • To return something purchased online, please contact us at 1-403-945-3114 to coordinate shipping your return or exchange items back to us, within 21 days of purchase.
  • Customers wishing to return an item are solely responsible for the cost of returning the item.  Once you have authorization to return an item, please ship it back to:

REPAIR POLICY

  • Any bra purchased at Cream Lingerie will be repaired at no charge WITHIN the first 6 months.  Repairs included in the policy are underwire pops or breaks not caused by misuse (including but not limited to washing in a machine without a laundry bag, drying in a dryer, lack of hygienic maintenance).
  • Band alterations including tightening up an overstretched band (no more than 1" total & pulled hooks or eyes.  Extra hooks may be sewn on at the sole cost of the customer.
  • Shortening of shoulder straps when they are no longer able to tighten for comfort.
  • Any repairs AFTER 6 MONTHS, will be the responsibility of the customer at a charge of $15/repair/bra.  Should two repairs on a bra be required, customer will be charged $15 for first repair and $7 for the second repair on the same bra.
  • If the customer does not live in Airdrie they will be responsible for the shipping cost both to and from Cream Lingerie for the repair at our posted shipping rate (please see Shipping and Returns Policy)
