We offer exchange or return to store credit only on returnable products purchased within 14 days in-store and online. Products must be in new condition for a full refund with tags attached, unworn, and must be free from all scents, including (but not limited to) body odor, perfumes, food and smoke.

Due to health regulations and hygienic reasons, the following products are a FINAL SALE:

  • Bras it is our goal for you to be 100% happy with your bra.
  • All Panties and men's underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie with a gusset (crotch), shape wear, corsets and items that come with an attached panty
  • All Shapewear
  • Clearance Items - All sale items are final.
  • In-store and online gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned. Lost gift certificates will not be reimbursed.

Please note:

  • Bras and other items containing underwires will not be refunded if it has been washed in a washing machine and damaged. Bras dried in a dryer will never be eligible for refund or return.
  • Purchases made more than 14 days In-store will not qualify for return.
  • All refunds will be processed to a store-credit or exchange.
  • Once a store credit (online gift card) has been issued, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • To return something purchased online, please email us at creamltd@telus.net to coordinate shipping your return or exchange items back to us, within 14 days of purchase.
  • Customers wishing to return an item if eligible are solely responsible for the cost of returning the item.  Once you have authorization to return an item, please ship it back to:
